Amazing Customer Service! Fair Prices. They truly went out of their way to help me out and get my car fixed. You don’t see customer service like this anymore. The woman who helped me was amazing. I got a flat and was thinking I was going to have to get the car towed. The woman said since she was close she would just run over and fix it and not tow it. She put customer service first, saved me money, and for that reason, I’ll go back again!

I needed to have a vehicle moved from on base to my house a few miles away, I call 11 tow companies, all who refused to go on base.  I spoke to Jason, he said no problem and was willing to go the extra steps to get a guest pass at Pearl Harbor. He did not increase the towing rate due this detour. His equipment was in excellent condition and he himself presented a clean and professional appearance. Once at the vehicle he had it hooked up in a matter of a couple of minutes. He took care of my SUV as if it was his own. I would highly recommend using him for your next tow.
